3. TENS machine:
   - Stick the device directly onto the painful area
   - Adjust the settings as per your needs
   - Use for no more than 20 minutes at a time

1. Side effects of Vitamin E supplements:

• Short term: There are no known short-term side effects of Vitamin E supplements.
• Long term: If taken as per prescription, there are no known long-term effects.
