Do I have to take this supplement forever?
No, you don’t need to take this supplement forever. Typically, it’s taken for 3–6 months to correct deficiencies and improve ovarian, hormonal, and metabolic health. After achieving menstrual regularity and hormonal balance, you can reduce to a maintenance dose, if required.
Why can't I get these from food?
Myo-inositol is present in foods like grains, fruits, legumes, and nuts, but not in therapeutic amounts for PCOS. Nutrients like iron, magnesium, zinc, B12, folate, and vitamin D3 can come from diet, though supplements may be needed if deficient. The supplement supports, but doesn’t replace, a healthy diet and lifestyle.
