Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-5 to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Flat rate shipping fee of 100 applies to orders shipping. The MRP is inclusive of the shipping prices. We do not ship outside of India at this time.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at aditi.saraswati@cranberry.fit with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
